Love and Deepspace Terms & Conditions

Haji Lane Event Rules: 

  1. If you wish to participate in the Event, you are required to scan the provided QR code to join the virtual queue, and please arrive on time in order to enter the store and participate in the Event. 

  2. A maximum of 20 pax will be allowed in the store per session.

  3. You are free to choose to use the entire area, regardless of paid photo booths or the common area, up to a maximum of 10 minutes per session. You have to leave after the time limit. To re-enter, guests have to re-queue.

  4. Each photo booth photo-taking session is strictly limited to 90 seconds, and you may only select one design per session, to ensure everyone in line gets an equal opportunity for the experience. To retake photos, please rescan the provided QR code to rejoin the queue. 

  5. Each photo booth paid or single session grants you two (2) printed photo strips and one (1) digital copy. If there is a fault in delivering the photo, please contact us within 72 hours.

  6. Each photo booth single session is only allowed to print a maximum of 4 photo strip copies. To retake photos, please rejoin the queue.

  7. After the queue number is called, there is a maximum grace period of 5 minutes to arrive, and you have to leave when that session ends.

  8. Called queue numbers will be forfeited after the 5-minute grace period ends. 

  9. If you do not arrive at your registered time, or if you leave the store during or after your session, you will be considered as forfeiting your position and will also be required to re-queue.

  10. It's not allowed to queue for others; all members have to be present to enter. 

  11. Virtual queue slots may be paused, adjusted, or cancelled in the event of unforeseen technical or operational issues.

Accessing Digital Copies

  1. You can scan the QR code displayed on the screen to access their digital copies, available for download for 72 hours.


Photobooth Usage

  1. Poses, props, and content must be suitable for a general audience. We reserve the right to terminate the session immediately and confiscate any prints if behaviour is deemed offensive, illegal, or disruptive.

  2. The photobooth may not be used for taking photos or displaying any materials or representations related to all non-Love and Deepspace IPs. This includes, but is not limited to, cosplayers, printed standees, and merchandise related to all non-Love and Deepspace IPs.

  3. No food, beverages, or smoking is permitted within the Booth area.

  4. You shall not touch the camera lens, lean on the backdrop, attempt to move or unplug any equipment, or use the Booth as a resting place. And shall handle all equipment with reasonable care.

  5. The rules above apply to all Solace Studio outlets and booths.


Photoframe Usage

  1. Official Love and Deepspace photoframe usage is available in all Solace Studio outlets and booths, except the Zouk outlet, throughout the event period.


Payment Method

  1. Only exact cash/contactless payments are accepted.

  2. For cash payment, please insert the exact amount as no change will be given.

  3. No refunds for completed sessions, except in cases of equipment malfunction. Please contact the Organiser if any issues are encountered.

Event Rules and Guidelines

  1. This "Snap Your Anniversary Moment - 5.0 Anniversary Photo Booth Pop-up" event is organised by SOLACE PTE. LTD ("we""us""Solace Studio").

  2. By participating in this Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions established by us in relation to this Event. We reserve the right to revise, amend, and/or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion, provided that reasonable notice is given to participants. Any such changes will be announced on our official social media channels. Continued participation in the Event following the announcement of any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the rules or any updated terms, you should refrain from participating in the Event.

  3. The Photobooth is intended for personal, non-commercial photography and videography unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  4. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards all other participants, event staff, and the surrounding environment. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual from the event or campaign if they are found to be behaving in a disruptive, disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate manner.

  5. CCTV cameras are in operation at all times to ensure customer safety, prevent vandalism, and maintain the security of our facilities. By entering the premises, you consent to video monitoring. The footage is stored securely and is only accessed if needed.

  6. You are responsible for any damage they cause to the installation or surrounding property.

  7. Please keep personal items secure. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the Event.

  8. Please be responsible for your own safety and actions. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from personal negligence or disregard of studio guidelines.

Privacy and Data Usage

  1. Digital copies of photos taken in our booths are stored in our system for 72 hours. This is to allow for retrieval in case of display issues due to poor network connectivity. Once 72 hours have passed, it will automatically be deleted from our system and can no longer be retrieved.

  2. We may access stored digital photos within the 72-hour window solely to assist Participants in retrieving their digital copies.

  3. CCTV footage is used solely for security purposes and is not shared externally except as required by law.

  4. For the purposes of promoting this Event, photography and videography will be conducted at Themed Studio premises. The resulting media will be used for publicity and marketing on official websites and/or social media channels of Solace Studio and Love and Deepspace. To protect your privacy, we commit to applying technical processing (such as blurring or cropping) to de-identify individuals, especially faces, before publication, where feasible and practical.
